How it works

Where do I go? (hide)
When you log on you will see the "My Audio" box below.
To access your translation screen click on the "Ready for translation" link. The number of audio files that need translation will be next to the link (there is 1 audio file that needs translation in the image above).
Check audio quality (hide)
You will see your audio as highlighted in the image below.
Click the play button to listen to your audio.
Select audio quality (hide)
After you listen to the audio select the audio quality as seen below.
If the audio qualitiy is good select "Yes. Audio quality is good". The audio will be translated otherwise the audio file will be discarded.
If the audio quality is good you will be required to fill all the fields.
Number of times words are spoken (hide)
In this example my audio file consists of me saying the Ghanaian Twi words "Agoo, agoo, agoo".
Since I say the word "Agoo" 3 times I should enter 3 into the field as shown below.
African words (hide)
In this example my audio file consists of me saying the Ghanaian Twi words "Agoo, agoo, agoo".
So I enter "Agoo" into the field shown below.
Translated words (hide)
In this example my audio file consists of me saying the Ghanaian Twi words "Agoo, agoo, agoo".
This means "Hello, anyone home?" so thats what I enter in the field as shown below.
African language (hide)
In this example my audio file consists of me saying the Ghanaian Twi words "Agoo, agoo, agoo".
So I select "Twi" as shown below.
Translation language (hide)
In this example my audio file consists of me saying the Ghanaian Twi words "Agoo, agoo, agoo". Since I translate it into English thats what I select below.
Completed form (hide)
The completed form should look like the image below. Click on the red "Translate" button when you are done.
