By calling Skype (hide)
You can record your audio by calling Skype. After you call Skype, wait for the woman on the phone to stop speaking and then you can begin recording your African words.

Remember that in order to record your audio through Skype you have to complete your profile and select "By calling Skype" as the method you want to use to record your audio.
By calling a US phone number (hide)
You can record your audio by calling a US phone number. After you call the number, wait for the woman on the phone to stop speaking and then you can begin recording your African words.

Remember that in order to record your audio through a US phone you have to complete your profile and select "By calling a US phone number" as the method you want to use to record your audio.
Completed profile form (hide)
Below is an example of a completed form. Click the "Edit profile" button when you are done.
Provide phone number or skype username(hide)
If your recording method is "By calling Skype" you have to provide the Skype username that you will be calling from as shown below.
If your recording method is "By calling a US phone number" you have to provide the US phone number that you will be calling from as shown below.
Select your recording method (hide)
You have to tell the system how you will be recording the audio as shown below.
- Select "By uploading only" if you want to upload your pre-recorded audio.
- Select "By calling Skype" if you want to record your audio by calling Skype.
- Select "By calling a US phone number" if you want to record your audio by calling a US phone number.
Add your name (hide)
Enter your full name into the box shown below.
How do I record audio? (hide)
There are a number of ways to record audio and add it to the system:
- You can upload already recorded audio.
- You can record audio by calling Skype.
- If you live in the US you can record audio by calling a phone number.
The fastest way to add audio is by uploading a file but if you do not have audio files then you can add audio to the system by calling a USA number (for US residents) or by calling a Skype number (International users). Send an email to africantongues@gmail.com if you want to call Skype or the US number.

You HAVE TO edit your profile before you can add audio.
When you log on you will see the "My Account" box below.
To access your profile screen click on the "Edit profile" link.
